My name is Lindsay Muir and I was lucky enough to be born and raised in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. I graduated from Brentwood College and then went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Carleton University in Ottawa. While completing my degree I worked as an assistant for Lighthouse Mortgage, which gave me valuable knowledge and experience in the world of mortgage financing. Upon my graduation from Carleton I completed my Real Estate Broker Financing Program at UBC and returned to Lighthouse to work as a fully licensed broker.

Greg Lyon Email: glyon@lighthousemortgage.ca My name is
Greg Lyon. I grew up and finished high school in Port Alberni. After one year at
UVIC, and two in Japan, I went to UBC for a degree in Administration of
Recreation. I was a competitor in Judo, on Provincial and National teams for
many years, and then was the Provincial Judo Coach for ten more. I was
involved in many aspects of the jewellery industry, mostly traveling overseas
purchasing, and then importing loose diamonds and Italian gold jewellery. I
learned the importance of ethics and customer service in building a successful
business. I recently
completed the Mortgage Brokers License course at UBC and I am excited to join
the great team of other Licensed Mortgage Brokers at Lighthouse Mortgage. I am

John Atkinson Email:

Truly an Island boy at heart, Atkinson graduated from high school in Shawnigan and went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from UVIC in both Economics and Psychology. John has always made is home on southern Vancouver Island and currently resides in Mill Bay with his wife Lucia and daughter Sofia. Ron
has lived on the island since 1972 and has been in the Cowichan Valley since
1980. He has been involved in property development and has extensive knowledge
of the local real estate market.
My
name is Tracey Morrison and I am a local graduate from Cowichan Sr. Secondary. I
went on to attend University of Victoria where I graduated in 1990 with
Bachelors degree with a major in Economics. I have worked in the investment and
financial industry since graduation and have been lucky enough to have had the
opportunity to travel abroad and gather experience from different countries. I
settled back into the Cowichan Valley in 1999, after completing the UBC Real
Estate Broker Financing Program, to join my father in the mortgage lending
industry.
My
name is Jeanne Posey. I have grown up in Duncan, BC, graduating from Cowichan
Secondary school in 1998. I continued my studies at Malaspina University-College
where I completed the Certified Dental Assistant Program in 2001. I moved to
Vancouver and worked as a dental assistant for two years before moving back to
the Island where I returned to Malspina to finish an English degree. I began
working with Tracey Morrison at Lighthouse Mortgage in June 2005 and decided to
pursue Mortgage Brokering as a career. I have since completed the UBC Real
Estate Broker Financing Program and am now working at Lighthouse as a Licensed
Mortgage Broker.
